It’s BBQ Time!

Today is National Barbecue Day and while I am always a fan of the traditional mustard, mayonnaise, and ketchup line-up, I thought I would share a twist on the old burger. Being a child of the seventies, I grew up with lots of powdery substances being poured into ground beef (read: Lipton soup and Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mixes).

From the 70s to the 20s

Below you will find my 20’s version - a pseudo dupe, based on what I am most likely to actually have in my spices, I used turkey, and my favorite oil is Avocado and I am pretty sure a lady named Pam was involved with our pots and pans before.

Yes. It’s a Recipe. No, I’m Not Joking.

So here you go. Use at your own risk. Though seriously, despite my well-known lack of skills in the kitchen (and I am banned from the outdoor grill) these are truly good and worthy of said grill.
