A Star in My Own Universe

Toy Blast

If the last two years have taught me anything, it’s that life is way too short to not enjoy it. I may be 50, but I am ready to play.

(I know I share my age all. the time. If I were famous like Tamron Hall, John Oliver could have a series of clips commenting on how I tell everyone that I am 50. It’s true, John. When women turn 50, we feel compelled to tell anyone and everyone. Blame the hormones.)

But back to play.

When this package full of goodies came, I was super excited. I was not as excited as my nephew, however, who insisted on doing the unboxing. It’s his first, but I think he did very well.

The opinions are mine & those of my nephew.

I guess it’s not just my Universe, after all. 😂

Aster unboxes LaserX Revolution and Spybots

As you see, two very cool tech gifts were included. What 11 year old boy doesn’t love spying and shooting lasers? Aster gave his seal of approval for both. LaserX, however, has been a solid in our home for several years. We have enjoyed LaserX and LaserX Evolution in the past, so Aster had some competition on getting LaserX Revolution open first.

And now he can sneak up on us with the Spybot. Now, that’s not playing fair…

Spybot

This Momma Bear/ Aunt loved the All-Pro Passer to get outside and play. It’s Spring and the weather is beautiful (well, on the days that there isn’t yellow pollen all over. A-CHOO!). Getting my tech-savvy kids and this cutie outside to play is so important to me!

I may or may not have been able to relive my College Powder Puff days as a Corner back with this one.

All three got our thumbs up. You can find all three at Target and the All-Pro Passer at Walmart. Great gifts for tweens and teens, and 50 year old women reliving their college glory days.

Aster takes on the toys!

So what are you playing these days? Remember you are NEVER too old.
