13 Year Old Boys STINK!!!!

My son is thirteen as of the 17th. And along with that all important "-teen" being added to the age, a certain funk has descended over the Star household. A 13 year old olfactory cocktail that is unique to the age and the gender. I mean, really, what is it with middle school boys? They don't want to brush teeth or bathe but they so want to run around and get as sweaty as possible.I have been trying to improve his grooming skills but I'm "just Mom". Not Mommy anymore... no I'm Mom. But Tom helped out this Mom. they have a line of natural grooming products made wickedly cool for teens. He thinks it's cool to use a product made just for him and I don't have to worry about exposing him to chemicals too young.

I didn't make a big deal about it. If I have learned one ting, it is that the more he thinks I want something, the less he will try it. I just put it in his underused bathroom.And it has gotten a little less smelly around here. The toothpaste tube has clearly been used and well, deodorant has been used. If it continues, I might even ask him about it. Or maybe not... I don't want to spoil things after all.

Because, I'm telling you -- 13 Year Old Boys Stink!
