Vote Your Heart, Not Your Fear
Dear Friends,I share very little political on my page because God has blessed my life with a diversity of people. A diversity of locales, backgrounds, ethnicities, genders, relationships, religions, and worldviews. I can honestly say that I have been informed and made better by all of these perspectives, whether they reflect mine or not. I value their contribution to my life and the world. That said, I would never tell anyone how to vote. With all the violence happening, however, I will say this. Please vote positive.
Positive.
Vote because you believe in something, not because you hate something. Vote because your candidate supports that which means something to you, not because they have a letter next to their name. Vote your heart, not your fear.
Vote your heart.
And maybe, consider asking a friend who their voting for and why. You might learn something about them and even yourself. Life informs each of us differently and we vote based on our unique perspective. Your perspective can grow and change, however, if you learn how another's life has informed them.
Ask questions.
That is the end of my PSA. I will share my "I Voted" sticker and I hope you will, as well. Whatever your perspective, please do vote. That is where we make a change; not with nasty words or hateful acts.Love to you all. Thank you for listening.XOXOTraci
