My Dad and I are very different. But there are two things that we both agree on. We love each other and we love Elton John. In fact, my father and I danced to "Your Song" at my wedding.
Sing a Song
I have struggled with insecurities myself and as I looked at my daughter who loves to sing so much, I wanted to protect from all these fears. I want her to know that she is good enough. I am realizing that I can tell her that she's wonderful day and night but to teach her that she is enough, I have to live it.
The Lovers, The Dreamers, and Me
The songs that fueled my dreams and allowed me to believe, as all children should, that I could do anything, be anything if I only worked hard enough. If I cared enough. If I I dreamed enough.
